We collect only what we need to book and do your clean, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you send a booking request: your name, phone number, and, if you add them, your email address, a preferred day or time, and what you tell us about the space. If you use the price calculator, the quote it worked out is sent with your request. When you call, text or email us, we see what you send.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you, give you a price, book and carry out the clean, and send invoices. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept
Booking requests are sent from this website to our business email. Online invoice payments are handled by Stripe; card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics that follow you from site to site.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and after that only as long as tax and accounting rules require for invoices. Requests that never turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ultra-cleaningservices.com or call (825) 736-3038 and Liam will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Liam, owner of Ultra Cleaning Services, Calgary, Alberta, is responsible for the personal information we hold.
